When we ship

Dried petals, oils, and paper goods post out every Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed by 6pm Tuesday leave that same week. Fresh bouquets are Hudson & NYC delivery only, Thursdays and Fridays, order by Monday.

If something isn't right

Write to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel and we'll make it right — a replacement, a refund, whichever feels fair. Please keep a photo of the item as it arrived. Perishable items (fresh flowers, bouquets) are refunded case-by-case with a photograph on delivery day.

Returns

Unopened non-perishable goods can be returned within 30 days for a refund less original shipping. Please email us before posting anything back so we can send return details.
